Honey Glazed Korean Crispy Chicken | An easy chicken starter recipe

Ingredients and Procedure for cooking Honey Glazed Korean Crispy Chicken




Ingredients:

1. Chicken wings with skin  500 gms (You can use any other part breast or leg but remember to use with skin)
    discard the thin ends and make two pieces from one wing. 
2. Chopped garlic one table spoon
3. De-seeded dry red chilli chopped one table spoon
4. Brown sugar (You can use normal sugar too) two table spoon
5. Garlic Paste one table spoon
6. Ginger Paste one table spoon
7. Salt as per taste
8. Black pepper powder one table spoon
9. White sesame seed two table spoon
10.Now add the white sesame seeds and mix.
11.Corn Flour ten table spoon
12. Soyabean sauce two table spoon
13. White vinegar two table spoon
14. Honey two table spoon
15. White oil as required - see video

Process:

1. Mix the chicken pieces well with garlic paste, Ginger paste, black peper powder and required salt. 

2. Coat the pieces thoroughly with corn flower powder.

3. Fry the peanuts for two minutes and set aside.

4. Fry the chicken pieces till golden brown.

5. Double fry the chicken again after few minutes till deep brown (This is important) 

6. Now with two table spoon of oil saute the chopped garlic and red chilli for one minute

7. Add soyabean sauce, vinegar, salt and mix well in high flame.

8. Now add fried chickens and mix well in high flame.

9. Add peanuts, brown sugar and honey mix well in high flame.

10.  Now add the white sesame seeds and mix.
